At Trend Treks, we stand by our products with a 90-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you may be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund. Please review the conditions and process below.

Eligibility for Returns, Replacements, or Refunds

  • Items must be returned within 90 days from the date of purchase.

    • Note: Orders placed before June 12, 2025, remain subject to the previous 60-day policy.

  • Products should be in their original condition and must be defective, faulty, damaged, incorrect, or significantly not as described.

  • A detailed explanation, along with images or videos, must be provided to initiate a return, replacement, or refund.

Process for Returning, Replacing, or Refunding Items

  1. Contact our support team at support@trendtreks.com with your order number and reason for the return, replacement, or refund request, including any necessary images or videos.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed.

  3. In most cases, customers are responsible for returning the item by post. We may offer a free return label only for game sticks (not game consoles) shipped within the United Kingdom or the United States.

  4. For all other returns, return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

  5. For replacements, we will send a new item once your request is approved.

  6. For refunds, we will process the refund after we receive and inspect the returned item.

If the customer fails to return the item, we reserve the right to refuse any refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing typically takes 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item. Additional time may vary depending on the customer’s payment provider.

Shipping Costs

  • We offer free worldwide shipping and cover all taxes on initial purchases.

  • For eligible returns due to defects, damage, or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping cost for the first return request if it qualifies for a free return label (game sticks within the UK or USA).

  • For all other returns, return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
